Taking on 2 new projects this quarter

We build websites that actually sell in Germany and the Netherlands.

A two-person studio for companies that are done with pretty sites that do nothing. We design it, build it, rank it and run the ads — and you own every line of it.

  • New builds, rescues of half-finished projects, and redesigns that keep your rankings
  • SEO and content written by native German and Dutch speakers
  • Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted after a paid audit — not guessed on a call

We built and ranked our own marketplace first

Before selling growth to anyone, we did it for ourselves. Outcall Massage NL is our own product: a Dutch booking marketplace we designed, built, ranked and monetised — running on organic search with nothing spent on ads.

The platform runs profitably on organic search: roughly 45–55 organic clicks a day and climbing, with zero paid acquisition, a live payments and payout system, and an admin back-office the owner runs without a developer. Google Ads was never needed to prove the market.

  • 01Picked the gap the incumbents ignore — outcall, not salons — and built the whole positioning around it.
  • 02Built a programmatic SEO layer: 21 city landings plus massage-type pages, each with unique local content in Dutch, English and Russian.
  • 03Shipped seven structured-data schemas per city page (LocalBusiness, FAQPage, HowTo, Service, BreadcrumbList and more) and server-rendered every listing so Google indexes real content on first crawl.
  • 04Cut the sitemap from 1,080 thin URLs to 270 strong ones — crawl budget went to pages that can actually rank.

How it runs

Four stages. No black box.

01

Diagnose

A paid two-week sprint: analytics, search visibility, competitors, interviews with your sales team. You leave with a written plan and priced options — whether or not you continue with us.

02

Design

Message architecture first, then interface. You see real screens with real copy in week two, not a moodboard. Two structured rounds of feedback, then we lock it.

03

Build

Next.js, typed end to end, on your own GitHub from day one. Weekly demo links you can click. No black box, no surprise invoice.

04

Grow

Launch is the start. Ongoing SEO, content and paid work with a monthly report tied to leads and revenue — not to how many blog posts we shipped.

Why us

The boring things that actually matter

Anyone can show you a nice grid of screenshots. These are the four things clients tell us they could not get anywhere else.

You own everything

Code, domains, ad accounts, analytics, CMS. All in your name from the first commit. Leaving us should be boring, not painful.

Fixed scope, fixed price

We quote a number after the diagnose sprint and hold it. Scope changes are priced before work starts, never after.

Two people, not a call centre

You work directly with the people building the thing. No account manager relaying your feedback to a subcontractor in another timezone.

Built for the local market

German and Dutch buyers do not behave like American ones. Copy, proof, pricing presentation and legal pages are built for how they actually buy.

Working languages: English, German, Dutch. Everything customer-facing is written by native speakers — because translated English does not rank in Germany or Netherlands, and it does not convert either.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Something not covered here? Write to us — we answer properly, not with a calendar link.

Do you speak German and Dutch?

We work with you in English, and everything customer-facing — copy, SEO content, ad creative, legal pages — is produced by native German and Dutch speakers. Translated English does not rank and does not convert in these markets.

How long does a website take?

Five to nine weeks for a new build, four to eight for a rebuild, from kickoff to launch. The single biggest variable is how fast you can give feedback and content — we will tell you exactly what we need and when.

Will a redesign hurt my Google rankings?

Only if nobody plans the migration. We map every existing URL, build the redirect plan before design starts, and monitor rankings for 60 days after launch. Protecting the traffic you already paid for is part of the job, not an upsell.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do — from the first commit. The repository lives in your GitHub organisation, the domain, hosting, analytics and ad accounts are all in your name. If you ever leave, you take a working system with you.

Do you work with WordPress, Webflow or Shopify?

We maintain and improve them, and we migrate off them. New builds are Next.js on Vercel, because it is faster, cheaper to run at scale and does not accumulate plugin debt. If Shopify is genuinely right for your business, we will say so.

Are you an agency or two freelancers?

A two-person studio, deliberately. You talk to the people doing the work. We take on a small number of projects at a time, which is also why we are sometimes booked out a few weeks.

Can you take over a project someone else abandoned?

Often, yes. We start with a paid technical review to see what is salvageable and give you an honest read — sometimes rebuilding is cheaper than rescuing, and we will tell you when that is the case.

What if we are not in Germany or the Netherlands?

We work with companies across the EU and the UK. Our specialism is selling into DACH and Benelux, so we are most useful when at least one of those is a market you care about.

Let's look at your numbers.

Send us your URL. Within two working days you get a short written read on what is costing you leads — no pitch deck, no discovery call marathon.
