Why is there a paid audit instead of a free proposal?
Because a free proposal is a sales document and an audit is work. The Diagnose sprint gives you a plan you can hand to any agency — including one that is not us. If you go on to book a project with us within 60 days, the fee comes off the invoice.
Do you work with fixed prices or hourly rates?
Fixed. We quote after the Diagnose sprint, when we actually know the scope, and we hold that number. Changes are priced and approved before work starts, never billed as a surprise at the end.
What does a typical project really cost?
Most website builds land between €12,000 and €40,000. A focused redesign of an existing site usually sits at €6,500 to €18,000. Retainers start at €2,500 a month.
How do payments work?
40% to start, 40% at design sign-off, 20% at launch. Bank transfer or SEPA direct debit, invoiced in euros with valid VAT for DE and NL businesses. Reverse-charge VAT applies for EU companies outside the Netherlands.
